Nebest breidt coatingspecialisme uit met gedeeltelijke overname van IFO-COT

Dinsdag 14 maart jl. is een akkoord met de curator bereikt over een gedeeltelijke overname van IFO-COT door Nebest Adviesgroep. Hierbij neemt Nebest het coatinglaboratorium en de coatingadviesafdeling van COT over.

IFO Germany neemt de Nederlandse tak van IFO over. De COT-merknaam komt in handen van Nebest. Hiermee is de goede naam van COT veiliggesteld. De senior inspecteurs/adviseurs en senior laboranten gaan over naar Nebest, waardoor de continuïteit voor de klant gewaarborgd is.

Jeroen de Goeij, algemeen directeur van Nebest, zegt hierover: “Wij heten onze nieuwe klanten en medewerkers welkom en zijn heel blij de doorstart te kunnen faciliteren. Onze eerste prioriteit is om de service naar de klanten te waarborgen. Deze doorstart past volledig in de strategie van Nebest, waarbij wij inzetten op een compleet pakket met betrekking tot assetmanagement in de civiele techniek, industrie en bouw. On March 14, 2023 Nebest Adviesgroep reached agreement with the trustee about a partial takeover of IFO-COT, viz. the coating laboratory and the coating consultancy department of COT. The Dutch branch of IFO will be part of IFO Germany.

The brand name COT is acquired by Nebest, which secures the good reputation of COT. The senior inspectors/advisors as well as the senior lab technicians have joined Nebest, guaranteeing continuity for COT’s customers.
